CRYSTAL's fuse bases are used for installing HRC fuse in line to protect from overloading/ short circuit Open type fuse bases are available for mounting of DIN type fuse links in current rating 6‑800 Amps. These fuse bases confirm to IS꞉ 13703 and IEC꞉ 269 specifications. The fuse bases consists a TIN coated metallic strip, on which SMC moulding is mounted which is carry non‑inflammable, non‑hygroscopic and hard smooth finish.

CRYSTAL offers versatile range of fuse holders consisting of Fuse carriers & Fuse bases moulded out of high grade flame retardant, non‑hygroscopic phenolic moulding powder conforming to IS꞉ 1300/ BS꞉ 771 with a high gloss black finish.
Carrier contacts and Base contacts are mounted using locating ridges formed on the mouldings, assuring perfect alignment. Spring pressure of clips in 32A, 63A. & 125A. Fuse Holders and a special high pressure metal backing stirrup in Fuse Holders provided lasting contact surface. The stirrups are not required to current.
